Kirkland Middle School’s FIRST ANNUAL STEM NIGHT

Tuesday, May 10th
7:00-8:30 pm in the Commons

What is this “STEM” I keep hearing about???

It stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.  But don’t let those big words scare you away.   May 10th in the Commons from 7-8:30 will be  a fun night designed to open young minds and explore  possibilities, even if you don’t know what STEM is and have never taken a STEM class.  EVERYONE is welcome.

Would you like to see INSIDE a lung?  Learn how video games are designed? Write some code for a voice app? Watch architectural sketches evolve into 3D designs? Understand how airplanes fly?  Be blasted into a virtual reality? Local companies and KiMS parents will be ready to share hands-on experiences with our students.  Come join in the fun!

If you are able to volunteer to help on this evening (set-up/clean-up), even if it’s just for a little bit, please email
